Ad Campaign – Siempre Contigo

Problem:

Smart & Final wanted to create an advertising campaign that connected emotionally with their customers while highlighting the brand’s reliability and presence in everyday life. The challenge was to develop a creative concept that showed both the store and the client experience in a unique and engaging way.

Solution:

Black Market developed and produced a commercial spot as part of the Siempre Contigo campaign. The concept was built around a split-screen format:

  • One half of the screen showcased Smart & Final stores, their products, and availability.

  • The other half followed clients receiving and enjoying those products in their daily lives.
    This dual approach visually reinforced the brand’s role as being “always with you,” from the store to the customer’s home.

Result:

The campaign delivered a memorable and visually distinct message that emphasized Smart & Final’s commitment to their clients. The Siempre Contigo spot successfully blended practicality with emotion, strengthening the brand’s connection to its audience.
