Client:

Ride Co.

Project:

Social Media Content + Event Coverage + Community Engagement

Problem:

Ride Co., a bike shop and workshop with its own racing team DSTRCT, needed consistent, high-quality content to promote their store, services, and events. The challenge was not only to showcase their products and activities but also to build a sense of community among cyclists and customers, both locally and across events in Mexico and the U.S.

Solution:

Black Market has worked continuously with Ride Co., developing a comprehensive social media and content strategy that has evolved over time:

  • Event coverage: Producing dynamic photo and video content from major cycling events such as the Belgian Waffle Ride in San Diego and competitions in Mexicali.

  • Community-driven content: Developing ongoing series such as Bodo Tips, Q&A sessions, and informative videos that highlight the services provided at their workshop.

  • Brand presence: Creating promotional content for their store, their workshop services, and the DSTRCT racing team, positioning Ride Co. as more than just a shop — a hub for the cycling community.

Result:

The collaboration with Ride Co. has resulted in a strong, recognizable digital presence that resonates with cyclists and customers. Their social platforms have become a place not only to promote services and events but also to share knowledge and strengthen community ties. Ride Co. is now positioned as a leader in their market, connecting their brand with both local and international cycling audiences.
